This weekend was designed for women who:

  • Want time away from noise, responsibility, and routine

  • Love the idea of the outdoors but don’t want anything extreme

  • Are craving connection — without pressure or small talk

  • Might be nervous, but know they need this

You don’t need to be the fittest, the loudest, or the most confident person in the group.
You just need to come as you are.

A few things most women worry about - answered honestly

We understand that doing something new can be nerve-wracking. We’re here to help guide you through that.

  • Most women arrive solo. By the end of the first evening, it rarely feels that way.

  • You need to be comfortable walking for four hours at a relaxed pace. Everything is guided, unhurried, and supportive — with breaks built in. Walking training plans can be provided!

  • That feeling usually lasts about ten minutes. Your hosts, Fi and Jenny, create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where no one is left on the outside.

  • Yes. You’re always encouraged, never pushed. This is your weekend to relax and reset in nature.

What the weekend actually feels like

Over three days, you’ll be gently guided through experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel part of something again.

Think:

  • Long walks through beautiful countryside, at a pace that lets you talk and breathe

  • Yoga and movement that helps you soften, not strive

  • Sauna heat, cold water, laughter, and deep exhales

  • Evenings around the fire, good food, and conversations that come easily

You’ll arrive carrying more than you realise — and leave lighter.

accommodation & care

You’ll stay in cosy bell tents with proper beds, winter duvets, and thoughtful touches that make you feel cared for.

Everything is taken care of — from activities and equipment to meals and timings — so you can switch off and simply be present.

Dietary requirements are fully catered for, and we provide a delicious menu of home-cooked, healthy but tasty dishes and snacks (you should try Fiona’s famous Snicker Brittle and Power Balls!)

This is wild, but never uncomfortable.
