Step away from the noise and immerse yourself in a day of nature, connection, and restoration.

Guided by experienced hosts, you’ll head out on a scenic hike while learning foraging and navigation skills, before returning to camp for a refreshing wild swim and time to unwind in the sauna.

As the fire is lit, you’ll build confidence with essential campfire skills and gather to share nourishing food in the open air. The day closes with a grounding yoga session or a deeply restorative sound bath—leaving you calm, reset, and reconnected.

Ramble + Restore

Step into a day designed to leave you feeling grounded, energised, and deeply restored.

Our Ramble + Restore experience blends adventure, connection, and relaxation — the perfect balance of movement and stillness in nature.

What’s included

A guided ramble
We’ll begin with a beautiful 3-hour hike (approximately 6–7 miles) through stunning countryside, collecting foraged greens to add to our lunch. Expect fresh air, great conversation, and that unbeatable feeling of moving your body outdoors.

Lunch
After our ramble, we’ll refuel with a delicious, foraged lunch — included in your ticket. Think wholesome, tasty food to replenish you after the walk.

Sauna and wild swim
Then it’s time to unwind. We’ll head to the sauna on the beach, including:

  • Wood-fired sauna session

  • Invigorating wild swimming in the sea

Hot, cold, rest, repeat — at your own pace.
